Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe - Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Early morning transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Kisoro or drive to Bwindi. On arrival in Kisoro your guide will welcome you then embark on a 40-minute drive to the lodge, arriving in time for lunch and afternoon at leisure or optional visit to the local communities. Evening at leisure.

Overnight and Dinner at the Lodge.

Day 2: Bwindi impenetrable National Park (Gorilla trekking).

Enjoy your breakfast early in the morning and get ready in your trekking gear of the day. A short drive to the briefing point where the park guide of the day will give you a briefing on the do’s and don’ts before you start the hike. Start your hike through the rainforest to trek the rare mountain gorillas, you will have one hour with the primates. The experience takes 2-8 hours altogether.

Depending on how long it will take. Evening at leisure or optional visit to the Batwa community

Overnight and Dinner at the Lodge.

Day 3: Bwindi impenetrable National Park – Queen Elizabeth

After a relaxed breakfast embark on a scenic drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park with en route lunch in Queen Elizabeth. You will have an opportunity to do an evening game drive where you can spot the lions, leopards, elephants, antelopes, buffaloes and many more.

Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala

Morning breakfast then embark on a drive back to Kampala with en route stop overs at the equator among a few others. Arriving early in the afternoon.
