Day 1: Kigali - Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Arrive at the Kigali international airport of Rwanda were you will be welcomed by our representative. A brief introduction on your safari will be given by the guide as you drive through KIGALI enjoying the historical story of Rwanda. A visit to the main genocide memorial museum before you drive to Uganda.

Lunch en route in Kabale/Musanze. Enjoy a scenic view as you traverse through the mountains of Rwanda and Uganda. Arrive in the evening at the hotel/lodge.

Day 2: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (GORILLA TREKKING)

Enjoy your breakfast early in the morning and get ready in your trekking gear of the day. A short drive to the briefing point where the park guide of the day will give you a briefing on the do’s and don’ts before you start the hike. Start your hike through the rainforest to trek the rare mountain gorillas, you will have one hour with the primates. The experience takes 2-8hours altogether.

Depending on how long it will take, you will enjoy community walk guided tour in the afternoon/evening.

Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (2ND GORILLA TREKKING)

After breakfast in the morning and get ready in your trekking gear for your second gorilla trek.  Drive to the briefing point where the park guide of the day will give you a briefing on the do’s and don’ts to follow on the trek and more about the gorilla life. The gorilla family today will different from yesterday. Start your hike through the rainforest to experience the life of the rare mountain gorillas, you will have one hour with the primates. The experience will take 2-8 hours altogether.

Enjoy your lunch as soon as we arrive at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening or go for a nature walk in the afternoon.

Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Kigali

Another beautiful morning in the mountain gorilla neighborhood, enjoy your breakfast at the lodge. Get ready and start your drive back to Kigali, enjoy every second as it’s you last day on your ultimate AFRICAN PRIMATE safari to the PEARL OF AFRICA. You arrive in Kigali around noon in time for lunch and you will enjoy a meal at Kigali’s best restaurants.

A drive through Kigali before you set off the airport as you get to learn more about the story of Rwanda and an optional visit to craft shops for souvenirs. Drive to the airport and have a farewell with your guide.
