Day 1: Kigali – Bwindi impenetrable National Park

On arrival at the Kigali international airport you will be welcomed by our representative/your guide. A brief introduction on your safari will be given by the guide and you drive through KIGALI to visit the main genocide memorial site to learn more about the story of Rwanda. You will then set off to Bwindi Impenetrable in Uganda with lunch en-route in Kabale/Musanze. Enjoy a scenic view as you traverse through the mountains of Rwanda and Uganda. Arrive in the evening at the hotel.

Day 2: Bwindi impenetrable National Park

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning and get ready in your trekking gear of the day. A short drive to the briefing point where you meet the park guide who will give you a briefing on the do’s and don’ts for the trek. Start your hike through the rainforest as you trek the rare mountain gorillas, you will have one hour with the primates. The experience will take 2-6 hours all together depending on the hike you choose for the day. Depending on how long it will take, you enjoy community walk guided tour in the evening.

Day 3: Bwindi – Kigali

Another beautiful morning in the mountain gorilla neighborhood, enjoy your breakfast at the lodge. Get ready and start your drive back to Kigali, enjoy every second as it’s you last day on the safari to enjoy the PEARL OF AFRICA. You arrive in Kigali at noon and you will enjoy a meal at one of Kigali’s best restaurants. You will visit a local market and one historical site before you drive to the airport.
